ACS FUNdraising App

Art Direction · Visual Design · Prototyping · Digital Badge Design

Project Overview

In 2015, The American Cancer Society had three separate fundraising apps all managed by different vendors. The three separate apps made the process to register, find an event, join an event, create a team, join a team, and donate disjointed and a hinderance to increasing revenue. The goal for the 2016 FUNdraising App was to roll all three apps into one and to give patients, caregivers, staff and volunteers a better experience and an easier opportunity to receive donations.

My Contributions

I led the visual design effort for creating a more cohesive and unified ACS FUNdraising App. The results for this project were outstanding. During the 2016 Relay season, $9.1 million in donation dollars raised - up from $5 million in 2015. 1+ million sessions, 96 thousand app downloads, 70 thousand users, and the American Cancer Society won the 2016 Atlanta Mobile Marketing Organization Award for Best Public Service | Non Profit product/application.
